Client / User / You: Any individual, company, or entity that accesses or uses our Services.

Development Services: Custom software, web, or mobile app development, consulting, or integration services provided by Raunitech.

Content: Any data, code, documents, or materials provided or uploaded by the user or created by Raunitech.

Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Provide accurate and complete information during registration or service engagement.

Use our Services only for lawful purposes.

Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or disrupt our systems.

Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

Access to our SaaS products may require a subscription plan or usage-based fees.

Pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods will be disclosed before purchase.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a service-specific policy.

Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access.

All intellectual property in our Services — including code, design, trademarks, and content — remains the exclusive property of Raunitech Systems Private Limited.

Clients retain ownership of their own data and project-specific intellectual property, as defined in written agreements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our SaaS products under these Terms.

Raunitech may process data you upload to our SaaS systems or share for development purposes.

We will maintain confidentiality and implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

We will not disclose or use client data except as necessary to provide Services or comply with legal obligations.

All project scopes, deliverables, and payment terms will be defined in a separate written Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

Intellectual property ownership and usage rights will be specified in the project contract.

Source code and project materials are handed over only after full payment and completion of deliverables.

Raunitech may use anonymized learnings or reusable components developed during projects for internal improvement or non-conflicting projects.

We strive to provide 24/7 uptime for our SaaS platforms, except during scheduled maintenance.

Support is available via our official channels (email or chat) during business hours.

Raunitech does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance but will make reasonable efforts to maintain reliability.

Raunitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the last three (3) months preceding the claim.

Your misuse of the Services,

Violation of these Terms, or

Infringement of third-party rights.

You breach any Terms,

Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or

Fail to pay required fees.
